  • KCOS: JWC assisted the El Paso Public Television Foundation by answering phones during their pledge drive.
  • Keep El Paso Beautiful: JWC helped clean up a road to promote an environmentally friendly city.
  • El Paso Association of Builders: JWC assisted during the Showcase of Homes.
  • Annual Thanksgiving Project: JWC collected and delivered 100 Thanksgiving meals.
  • Woman’s Club: JWC supported our sister organization by assisting at their charity events.
  • Cervical Cancer Awareness Project: JWC promoted cervical cancer awareness by distributing flyers.
  • Susan G. Komen: JWC helped at the late registration and packet pick up information tables.
  • Race for the Cure: JWC formed a team in the charity race to raise awareness of breast cancer.
  • Child Abuse Prevention Coalition: JWC assisted in Family Fun Day to promote child abuse prevention.

If you are interested in volunteer work, meeting new friends and making a difference in the community, become part of the JWC.  We are currently accepting applications for our provisional class for the 2010-2011 year. Provisional classes are formed every summer. Junior Woman’s Club is open for membership to all ladies in the surrounding El Paso region. Upon completion of the provisional requirements, new members are inducted at our annual installation ceremony each Spring. Joining our club is a great way to develop leadership skills and help the El Paso community at the same time. New members are invited to attend one of our provisional meetings to learn more.
